The pre-existing roof had 1/2 TPO on the left which was covered with rocks on it and had leaks due to penetrations and bad seams around AC. The other half on the right had EPDM. There were leaks around every skylight and drains due to seams too close to skylight.

What does a roof coating cost?
Market figures run $4-7 per square foot for acrylic. Polyurea starts at $8+ per square foot. Ours has been formulated to resist UV (not break down in the sun), which is referred to as "polyaspartic". This starts at about $9 per square foot and includes a 25yr warranty! It's also UL rated fire-resistant. We offer the same solution with a 50yr or even 100yr warranty! How long will a coating last?
Depends on the system. Our polyurea options carry 25, 50 & 100-year warranties - in writing. Acrylic lasts about 5 years and silicone may go longer. They cost less up front and protect for shorter runs; we'll show you the math on both. The choice is yours.
Does my business close during the work?
No. Spray-applied coating doesn't tear anything off. Doors stay open, and we stage the job around your operation.
Will a coating fix my leaking roof?
We moisture-test first. If the deck is sound, a seamless coating seals it. If the insulation is saturated, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar.
Is there a rebate?
If your building is in SRP territory, cool-roof rebates may apply. We check your address and handle the paperwork.
Do you do spray foam (SPF) roofs?
Yes - SPF roofing and closed-cell insulation. Those jobs get quoted by phone after a site walk: call (602) 980-1143.
