Roof Report Legal Notice

Last updated September 23, 2026

Pony Up Coatings LLC (“Pony Up”) may provide complimentary roof measurement reports derived from LiDAR, aerial imagery (including NAIP where applicable), and related public or licensed datasets.

Reports are provided as-is for planning and estimate purposes. They are not a substitute for on-site inspection, moisture testing, structural evaluation, or a licensed design professional’s work product.

Data resolution, vegetation, recent construction, and imaging dates can affect measurements. Always field-verify before purchasing materials or authorizing work.

By requesting an Instant Estimate or roof report, you acknowledge these limits. Questions: (602) 980-1143 or contact us.
